Meet The artists
At JOSH, we believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to express herself, explore her potential, and have her voice heard. Many of the girls and women associated with JOSH come from communities where opportunities for educational exposure, learning, vocational development, and new experiences are limited. Their voices often go unheard, their choices are restricted, and their ability to make decisions about their own lives is frequently overlooked.
With the vision of creating a space for self-expression, confidence, and creativity, JOSH organised the “Art of Empowerment” Painting Workshop. The workshop provided girls and women with an opportunity to express their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and aspirations through the colours and strokes of their paintings. Learn more here
